Important Notes & Instructions for Tenders in Lahore Food Cell:
Interested bidders can only submit their bid online through e-Tender Portal of ML&C Dept (https://etender.mlc.gov.pk/active_tenders).
2% earnest money in shape of call deposit in favour of Cantonment executive officer Walton Cantt Should attached with quotation.
Quotation without earnest money will not be entertained.
The cutoff time for submission of online bids will be 12:00 hrs. dated 22-02-2024 and shall be opened on same day at 1230 hrs. electronically on the portal. The bidders will be able to see the comparative statement online.
The cantonment Board/ Executive Officer reserve the right to reject the tender a per PPRA/s Rule No 33(1) due the any reason thereof.
The issuance of work order shall be subject o Approval from Board.
The Validity of tender rates shall be upto 180 days as pe PPRA/ PEC Rules.
