Job profile:
Able to offer advice and guidance on legal requirements, organizing board meeting, annual general meetings, draft minutes of meeting and resolution. Able to liaise effectively with regulatory bodies ad shareholders. Proficient with all applicable low, rules, regulation, companies Act 2017, Corporate Governance rules and other relevant statutes and able discharge prescribe legal obligations and secretariat/ non-secretariat instructions.
Candidates must have excellent English written and oral communications skills. Candidates must have computer Proficiency do discharge his duties effectively. Assist MEPCO in all the meting development with provision government.
Qualification & Experience Required:
Member of a Recognized body of professional accountant or charted secretaries; or person holding a 16 years degree in Business Administrator or Commerce of Law Graduate form University recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) with a least five years of relevant experience in Government department / Semi Government Organizations/ Corporation/ Autonomous Bodies or Large Commercial Organizations or Large Public Limited Companies of Well repute. Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Salary & Perks:
Rs. 400,000/- Lumpsum inclusive of all allowances such as utility, house rent et. and taxes. Annual increment upto 10 of 70% of lumpsum pay. Medical facility as per MEPCO policy. 1300CC car along with driver and POL upto 1500km. A/DA as per BPS-19. 25x working days leae per annum will be allowed.
Nature of Employment:
Initially for 03x years on contract basis, Extendable on satisfactory performance. His contract will be based purely on his performance.
